Big dimension flanges

Thanks to cooperation with many companies in Poland, Germany and other EU countries, TOEMI Poland Sp. z o.o.  is able to provide ready-made flanges and collars with an outside diameter up to 3000 mm. In addition, upon request we may provide an semi-products for the production of large flanges in the form of rings welded from segments, or bent and welded.

Semi-products (blanks) are being manufactured on various automated hot and cold forming lines. CNC controlled flash butt welding machines of the latest generation provide safe, perfectly welded joints. Blanks are available with precise dimensions or with slight allowances for further processing by the purchaser.
